  • Digital security & legacy planning services are refundable only if work has not started.

  • Digital products (e.g., DIY Digital Legacy Kit) are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but past payments are non-refundable.

Xperience Legacy is not liable for:

  • Loss of digital assets due to client negligence.

  • Financial losses from online fraud, scams, or misuse of third-party services.
